Destination Wedding

Embark on the adventure of a lifetime with our Destination Wedding Package, available for both USA or International destinations. This package provides you with a talented Photographer/Filmmaker team to immortalize every magical moment of your journey, capturing the essence of both spouses, as well as the friends and family who accompany you on this unforgettable adventure! USA Weddings: - Priced at $8,500 for up to 3 days of service. - Plus the client provides our Lodging, Tickets and/or Day Passes. - Additional charge for driving time exceeding 15 hours ($250) or 24 hours ($500). Any additional day is charged at a flat rate of $250 per day. (Within USA) Outside USA?: - Priced at $12,000, plus travel expenses, for up to 7 days of service. - We kindly request to stay in or near your hotel for the duration of the trip to ensure seamless coverage. Any additional day is charged at a flat rate of $500 per additional day. (International) Start the Process: 1. Contact us with your dates and destination, using "Destination Wedding" as the subject. 2. We'll check our availability. 3. If available, we'll calculate drive time or roundtrip airline tickets (depending on location). 4. We'll send you a travel details breakdown and contract via email. (Additional fees may apply for excessive drive times.) To secure your booking, we require payment for any travel expenses and a 50% deposit of the package cost upfront. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your first travel date. Post-Trip: Please allow 90-120 days for the first draft, as we'll have plenty of photos and footage to review. Need more time?
